**I acknowledge that Golden State Lifeguards has a 3 hour minimum for all services rendered, no deposit required for services and no cancellation fees for services booked. I also agree that if inclement weather forces the shut down of event after lifeguard has arrived onto premises, Golden State Lifeguards will bill for 3 hour minimum.
